Parke Patterson has more than 20 years experience in real estate development, special district
financing, and project management. As a land development consultant his commitment from conception

both on the private and public side of real estate development, Patterson’s clients have found he

Parke Patterson also enjoys a working partnership with renowned Houstonian
Jim Box. As former senior vice president for land development projects of The Mischer Corporation,
Box brings an array of experience in residential development with him that spans 35 years.
Together Patterson and Box have managed projects in several regions of Texas.
Parke Patterson’s experience spans many cities and counties, and in regions
with distinctive restrictions such as the Cayman Islands and the San Francisco Bay area.
In 2006, the Box-Patterson team was recognized by the Greater Houston
Builders Association with the 2006 Developer Team of the Year Award due to
their combined experience in development and commitment to the housing and development industry
in Houston and the surrounding communities.
